What's my processing workflow?

In order to record and remember I figured it would be beneficial to post my current workflow. This is based on various youtube creators pointing to similar workflows. At the moment it seems to work great, but I will be modifying some of the details within the workflow.

  1. Stacking

    • Weighted batch pre-processing

  2. Gradient extraction

    • GraXpert

  3. Color Correction

    • SPCC

  4. Green Removal

    • This step is not necessary due to SPCC already incorporating some of the green removal.

  5. BlurXterminator

  6. NoiseXterminator

  7. StarXterminator

    • It’s not clear if I get better results doing NXT before or after SXT

  8. Stretching

    • Bills_Stretch_Unlinked_V6

      • This was referenced in Cuiv’s video regarding dual-band processing of Orion.

      • It is not the best, and currently investigating GHS or some other stretching methods.

  9. Star Recombination.
